In a large bowl, combine flour, seasonings, and milk, and whisk together to form a batter that sticks to a spoon.
Add the cauliflower pieces and coat each one with the batter using a spatula.
Ensure the cauliflower is fully coated, then sprinkle half of the bread crumbs, nutritional yeast, and salt over it and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with the remaining breading ingredients and toss until fully coated.
Spread the coated cauliflower bites on a lined baking sheet, ensuring they do not touch.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Prepare the sauce or sauces by mixing the ingredients or pouring into bowls.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Dip the cauliflower pieces into the sauces to coat them.
Return the coated pieces to the baking sheet and bake for another 10 minutes to crisp.
Remove from the oven, cool slightly, and serve.

Place the cauliflower bites in an air fryer at 400°F for 12-15 minutes to crisp up.
Dip them in the sauce and cook again for 5-10 minutes until crisp.
Ensure the cauliflower is crisp on both sides before removing.
