Crispy Spiced Oven-Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1.5 kg small potatoes
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 large garlic cloves, grated
- Chili (optional)
- Sea salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Boil the potatoes in salted water until they are cooked.
In the meantime, make the marinade by mixing the spices, garlic, and olive oil.
When potatoes are cooked, smash them down with a glass on an oven tray with olive oil.
Lather on the extra marinade and more olive oil if needed.
Bake in the oven at 220°C for approximately 45-60 minutes until they are nice and golden and crispy.
Tips
Use plenty of olive oil for the best crispiness.
