Super Crunchy Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 750g potatoes, into wedges
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C/400F
In a bowl mix potato wedges with olive oil and spices until well covered
Add bread crumbs and combine well
Spread out on a baking tray and sprinkle with some more oil
Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown
Tips
Enjoy with some homemade ketchup.
