Super Crunchy Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 750g potatoes, into wedges
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400F

  2. In a bowl mix potato wedges with olive oil and spices until well covered

  3. Add bread crumbs and combine well

  4. Spread out on a baking tray and sprinkle with some more oil

  5. Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown

Tips

  1. Enjoy with some homemade ketchup.
