Gluten-Free Healthy Banana Blueberry Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 70g mashed banana
- ~70 ml plant milk or water
- 10 g nut butter
- 50 g flour (I used 25 g almond and 25 g rice)
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- some chopped chocolate
- a few fresh blueberries
- 1 pinch of salt
- optional: flave drops
- optional: 1 tsp apple cider vinegar for fluffy consistency
- optional: 1/4 tsp baking soda for fluffy consistency
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and spread in one or two mugs or small bowls.
Bake in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes on high heat.
Top with nut butter or more chocolate and enjoy.
