Vegan Breakfast Chocolate Soufflé
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white spelt flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup plant milk
- A few pieces chocolate
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together except the chocolate.
Pour the batter into a small ramekin and put chocolate inside.
Bake at 360°F for 15 minutes.
