Vegan Breakfast Chocolate Soufflé

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white spelt flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup plant milk
  • A few pieces chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together except the chocolate.

  2. Pour the batter into a small ramekin and put chocolate inside.

  3. Bake at 360°F for 15 minutes.
