Gluten-Free Chocolate Raspberry Breakfast Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp rice flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp potato starch
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp gf baking powder
  • 100-150ml plant milk
  • Handful raspberries

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 360°F

  2. Mix all the ingredients together.

  3. Bake at 360°F for about 20 minutes.
