Gluten-Free Chocolate Raspberry Breakfast Cake
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp rice flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 mashed banana
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp gf baking powder
- 100-150ml plant milk
- Handful raspberries
Preparation
Preheat oven to 360°F
Mix all the ingredients together.
Bake at 360°F for about 20 minutes.
