White Chocolate Macadamia Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oat flour
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 100ml plant milk
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • A few pieces vegan white chocolate
  • Handful macadamia nuts

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together except the chocolate.

  2. Pour half of the batter into a small ramekin.

  3. Add the chocolate and cover it with the rest of the batter.

  4. Bake at 360F for 20 minutes.
