Vegan White Chocolate Macadamia Cookie

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp oat flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp nut or seed butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • A few macadamia nuts
  • 2 pieces vegan white chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 360°F

  2. Mix oat flour with protein powder and baking powder.

  3. Add nut butter and maple syrup and mix again; add plant milk if needed.

  4. Form a big cookie.

  5. Add nuts and chocolate on top.

  6. Bake at 360°F for about 15 minutes.
