Microwave Peanut Butter Oat Cookie
Ingredients
- 3-4 tbsp oat flour
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- 1 heaping tsp peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- Splash of plant milk
- Vegan white chocolate (chopped)
Preparation
In a bowl, combine oat flour and baking powder.
Add the heaping teaspoon of peanut butter and maple syrup to the dry ingredients.
Pour in a splash of plant milk to form a dough. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
Gently fold in the chopped vegan white chocolate.
Shape the dough into a cookie on a microwave-safe plate.
Microwave the cookie for 1 minute.
Allow the cookie to cool slightly before enjoying.
