Reese's Lava Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp chocolate pb protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup plant milk

Centre

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 360F

  2. Combine and mix all ingredients except peanut butter

  3. Pour half of the mixture into a greased ramekin

  4. Place peanut butter into the center

  5. Cover it with the rest of the mixture

  6. Bake for 15-17 minutes

  1. This is a perfect warm and gooey breakfast bake made with chocolate peanut butter protein powder
