Reese's Lava Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1/4 banana, mashed
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp chocolate pb protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup plant milk
Centre
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Preparation
Preheat oven to 360F
Combine and mix all ingredients except peanut butter
Pour half of the mixture into a greased ramekin
Place peanut butter into the center
Cover it with the rest of the mixture
Bake for 15-17 minutes
