Easy Vegan Snickers Flavored Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup spelt flour
  • 100-150 ml plant milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter, preferably crunchy
  • 1 banana

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Cook on a medium heat on both sides.

  3. Serve with toppings and enjoy. For example, use coconut yogurt, peanut butter, chopped dark chocolate, and optional snickers bites.
