Apple and Cinnamon Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup wholemeal flour
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 grated apple
- 1 mashed banana
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix together with a fork to help mash the banana
Heat a little oil in a frying pan, pour in the batter to make approximately 6 pancakes, cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook the other side
