Apple and Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 grated apple
  • 1 mashed banana

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix together with a fork to help mash the banana

  2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, pour in the batter to make approximately 6 pancakes, cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook the other side
