Ingredients

- 1 apple
- 100 g oats
- 200 ml plant milk
- seasoning (cinnamon, gingerbread, carob)
Toppings
- applesauce
- peanut butter
- soy yogurt
Preparation
Mash the banana and grate or chop the apple.
