Tahini and Yoghurt Smoothie
Ingredients
- a handful of oats
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 block of frozen spinach
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1 tsp spirulina
- plant milk
Toppings
- happy granola
- passion fruit, pear and apple
- peanut butter
- goji berries
- hazelnuts
- cacao nibs
Preparation
Blend the main ingredients until smooth
Pour the smoothie into a bowl
Add the toppings on top
