Tahini and Yoghurt Smoothie

Ingredients

  • a handful of oats
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 block of frozen spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • plant milk

Toppings

  • happy granola
  • passion fruit, pear and apple
  • peanut butter
  • goji berries
  • hazelnuts
  • cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Blend the main ingredients until smooth

  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings on top
