Cookie Crumble Smoothie Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avo
  • 1/2 banana or sweet pear
  • 2-3cm fresh ginger chopped
  • 2 heaped tbsp PB
  • 2 heaped tbsp cacao
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1 date
  • 50g soaked & drained o a t s
  • crushed flaked almonds
  • chopped whole almonds
  • toasted hazelnuts
  • cacao nibs
  • choco chips & seeds

Preparation

  1. Make a decadent choco smoothie

  2. Step 2: cook them in your oats

  3. Step 3: top them with a @gatoandco ~cookie crumble
