Ingredients

- 1/2 banana or sweet pear
- 2-3cm fresh ginger chopped
- 2 heaped tbsp PB
- 2 heaped tbsp cacao
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1 date
- 50g soaked & drained o a t s
- crushed flaked almonds
- chopped whole almonds
- toasted hazelnuts
- cacao nibs
- choco chips & seeds
