Dark Chocolate Avocado Ginger Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • half an avocado
  • thumb of ginger
  • 2 heaped tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon flax and chia

Toppings

  • dark chocolate
  • squishy dates
  • fruits and nuts
  • coconut yogurt
  • cacao nibs
  • nut butter

Preparation

  1. Soak 1/2 cup oats.

  2. Meanwhile, blend half an avocado, a thumb of ginger, 2 heaped tablespoons cacao powder, 1 cup plant milk, and 1 tablespoon peanut butter.

  3. Rinse the oats, add 1 tablespoon flax and chia, and cook in the smoothie mixture.

  4. Add desired toppings and serve.
