Vegan Chocolate Protein Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1.5 cups milk of choice
- 1 packet Four Sigmatic creamy cacao
- 1 scoop unflavored collagen (optional)
- 1 tbs cacao powder
- 1 tbs chia seeds
Toppings
- Sliced bananas
- Strawberries
- Nut butter
- Cacao nibs
Preparation
Combine rolled oats, milk of choice, Four Sigmatic creamy cacao packet, cacao powder, and chia seeds in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and the mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes.
If using, stir in unflavored collagen.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly if desired.
Top with sliced bananas, strawberries, nut butter, and cacao nibs or other favorite toppings.
