Vegan Chocolate Protein Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1.5 cups milk of choice
  • 1 packet Four Sigmatic creamy cacao
  • 1 scoop unflavored collagen (optional)
  • 1 tbs cacao powder
  • 1 tbs chia seeds

Toppings

  • Sliced bananas
  • Strawberries
  • Nut butter
  • Cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Combine rolled oats, milk of choice, Four Sigmatic creamy cacao packet, cacao powder, and chia seeds in a saucepan.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and the mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes.

  3. If using, stir in unflavored collagen.

  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly if desired.

  5. Top with sliced bananas, strawberries, nut butter, and cacao nibs or other favorite toppings.
