Overnight Oats with Banana, Nut Butter, and Coconut

Ingredients

  • 250 g yoghurt
  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 20 g shredded coconut
  • banana slices
  • strawberries
  • nut butter
  • optional sweetener

Preparation

  1. Mix 250 g yoghurt with 50 g rolled oats and top with 20 g shredded coconut in a small container with a lid.

  2. Put the container in the fridge overnight to allow it to soak up excess liquid.

  3. In the morning, transfer the mixture to a bowl.

  4. Top with banana slices, strawberries, and nut butter.

  5. Add sweetener if desired for extra flavor.
