Overnight Oats with Banana, Nut Butter, and Coconut
Ingredients
- 250 g yoghurt
- 50 g rolled oats
- 20 g shredded coconut
- banana slices
- strawberries
- nut butter
- optional sweetener
Preparation
Mix 250 g yoghurt with 50 g rolled oats and top with 20 g shredded coconut in a small container with a lid.
Put the container in the fridge overnight to allow it to soak up excess liquid.
In the morning, transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Top with banana slices, strawberries, and nut butter.
Add sweetener if desired for extra flavor.
