Easy Banana Oatmeal Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2.5 bananas
- 90-100g rolled oats
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- Cinnamon, vanilla, stevia, salt
- 7 tbsp mylk
- 1.5 tsp chia seeds
- Oil for frying
Preparation
Mash the bananas in a bowl
Combine all ingredients to form a pancake batter
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat
Pour batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown
