Easy Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2.5 bananas
  • 90-100g rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Cinnamon, vanilla, stevia, salt
  • 7 tbsp mylk
  • 1.5 tsp chia seeds
  • Oil for frying

Preparation

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl

  2. Combine all ingredients to form a pancake batter

  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat

  4. Pour batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown
