Blueberry Protein Oats Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- handful of frozen blueberries
- frozen mango
- spoon of vegan protein powder
- teaspoon of maca powder
- non-dairy milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup porridge oats
Toppings
- sliced banana
- raisins
- 1/2 apple
- cacao nibs
Preparation
Make a small portion of smoothie using a handful of frozen blueberries, frozen mango, a spoon of vegan protein powder, a teaspoon of maca powder, and non-dairy milk.
Add 1/4 cup of chia seeds and 1/4 cup of porridge oats.
Blend until thick, adding more non-dairy milk if needed to thin it out.
Top with anything you like, such as sliced banana, raisins, half an apple, and cacao nibs.
