Easy Vanilla Protein Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup instant gluten-free oats
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Toppings
- splash of oat milk
- spoonful of peanut butter
- banana
- cacao nibs
- unsweetened coconut
Preparation
Add oats, water, and protein to a bowl. Mix and microwave for 1 minute.
While microwaving, cut the banana and prepare the other toppings.
Add a splash of milk, mix, and top with banana, peanut butter, cacao nibs, and coconut.
