Easy Vanilla Protein Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup instant gluten-free oats
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Toppings

  • splash of oat milk
  • spoonful of peanut butter
  • banana
  • cacao nibs
  • unsweetened coconut

Preparation

  1. Add oats, water, and protein to a bowl. Mix and microwave for 1 minute.

  2. While microwaving, cut the banana and prepare the other toppings.

  3. Add a splash of milk, mix, and top with banana, peanut butter, cacao nibs, and coconut.
