High Protein Vegan Banana Chocolate Oat Bars
Ingredients
- ~280g mashed, ripe banana
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
- 40g sugar/xylitol/sweetener of your choice
- 50g cacao powder
- 180ml plant milk
- 50g nut butter
- 150g oats
- 30g protein powder, e.g. the 3k chocolate brownie from @nutritionplus.de (optional)
- 1/3 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- Optional: 1 sliced banana & (sugar-free) chocolate for on top
Preparation
Mix all ingredients well and spread the dough into an oiled or baking paper-prepared baking form.
Press some chocolate pieces into the dough and decorate with banana slices.
Bake at 180°C or 350°F with upper and lower heat, preheated, for about 30 minutes.
If protein powder is omitted, use more oats.
