Vegan Protein Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 110g oat flour (blended oats)
  • 20g cacao powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 115ml plant milk
  • 115ml boiling water
  • 25g melted coconut oil
  • 20g liquid sweetener

Filling and topping

  • cashew butter
  • Pronuts Butters cookie and cream butter
  • Alpro cream
  • choc shot

Preparation

  1. Mix together 110g oat flour, 20g cacao powder, 1 scoop chocolate protein, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Stir in 115ml plant milk, 115ml boiling water, 25g melted coconut oil, and 20g liquid sweetener.

  3. Bake the mixture in a loaf tin for 25 minutes.

  4. Allow the cake to cool.

  5. Cut the cake in half and spread a mixture of cashew butter and Pronuts Butters cookie and cream butter in the middle.

  6. Top with Alpro cream and choc shot.
