Vegan Protein Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 110g oat flour (blended oats)
- 20g cacao powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 115ml plant milk
- 115ml boiling water
- 25g melted coconut oil
- 20g liquid sweetener
Filling and topping
- cashew butter
- Pronuts Butters cookie and cream butter
- Alpro cream
- choc shot
Preparation
Mix together 110g oat flour, 20g cacao powder, 1 scoop chocolate protein, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
Stir in 115ml plant milk, 115ml boiling water, 25g melted coconut oil, and 20g liquid sweetener.
Bake the mixture in a loaf tin for 25 minutes.
Allow the cake to cool.
Cut the cake in half and spread a mixture of cashew butter and Pronuts Butters cookie and cream butter in the middle.
Top with Alpro cream and choc shot.
