Peanut Butter Berry Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla or caramel plant protein
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2/3 cup plant milk
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • Handful of strawberries
  • A spoonful of strawberry jam (recipe on my feed)

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, baking powder, plant protein, milk, and half the banana in a blender.

  2. Give it a 2-second blend to combine, then pour 3/4 of the batter into a heatproof bowl/container.

  3. Add a dollop of nut butter in the center, then cover with the remaining batter.

  4. Top with the rest of the sliced banana.

  5. Bake in the air fryer at 200°C for 10 minutes (or oven for 20-25 minutes).

  6. Top with strawberries and the spoonful of strawberry jam.
