Peanut Butter Berry Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 scoop vanilla or caramel plant protein
- 1 ripe banana
- 2/3 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- Handful of strawberries
- A spoonful of strawberry jam (recipe on my feed)
Preparation
Combine oats, baking powder, plant protein, milk, and half the banana in a blender.
Give it a 2-second blend to combine, then pour 3/4 of the batter into a heatproof bowl/container.
Add a dollop of nut butter in the center, then cover with the remaining batter.
Top with the rest of the sliced banana.
Bake in the air fryer at 200°C for 10 minutes (or oven for 20-25 minutes).
Top with strawberries and the spoonful of strawberry jam.
