Protein Spinach Pancakes with Cbd (Gluten-Free)

Ingredients

  • 125g oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 300ml plant milk
  • 25g fresh spinach
  • 1 medium banana
  • 15g vanilla protein powder
  • 4 drops of CBD

Preparation

  1. Put the oats in a blender and blend until you have a fine flour.

  2. Add the plant milk, banana, spinach, protein powder, CBD, flaxseeds, and baking powder to the blender.

  3. Blend until you have a thick batter. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.

  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pour in the batter. Cook each side of the pancake for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Serve the pancakes with your preferred toppings.
