Protein Spinach Pancakes with Cbd (Gluten-Free)
Ingredients
- 125g oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 300ml plant milk
- 25g fresh spinach
- 1 medium banana
- 15g vanilla protein powder
- 4 drops of CBD
Preparation
Put the oats in a blender and blend until you have a fine flour.
Add the plant milk, banana, spinach, protein powder, CBD, flaxseeds, and baking powder to the blender.
Blend until you have a thick batter. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pour in the batter. Cook each side of the pancake for 2-3 minutes.
Serve the pancakes with your preferred toppings.
