Creamy Chocolate Raspberry Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 1 cup plant milk (or more)
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate fudge protein powder from Unicorn Superfoods
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, combine oats, plant milk, chocolate fudge protein powder, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and cinnamon.

  2. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it reaches a creamy consistency.

  3. Add the frozen raspberries to the oatmeal and continue cooking for a few more minutes until the raspberries are heated through.
