Creamy Chocolate Raspberry Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oats
- 1 cup plant milk (or more)
- 2 tablespoons chocolate fudge protein powder from Unicorn Superfoods
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
Preparation
In a saucepan, combine oats, plant milk, chocolate fudge protein powder, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it reaches a creamy consistency.
Add the frozen raspberries to the oatmeal and continue cooking for a few more minutes until the raspberries are heated through.
Serve the chocolate raspberry oatmeal with your favorite toppings. Suggestions include coconut yogurt, raspberry chocolate, and shredded coconut.
