Healthy Chocolate Mug Cake in Minutes
Ingredients
- 45g mashed banana or apple sauce
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
- 60-70 ml almond milk
- 10 g nut butter
- 50 g flour (e.g., 25 g almond and 25 g rice flour)
- 1/5 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cacao
- some chopped chocolate
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and spread in one or two mugs or small bowls
Bake in the microwave for 60-90 seconds on high heat
Top with nut butter or more chocolate and enjoy
