Easy and Healthy Banana Oat Muffins
Ingredients
- 50g of trail mix (nuts and dried fruits)
- 150g ripe banana, mashed or pureed
- 40g nut butter
- 150 ml almond milk or other
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 70g oatmeal or oats
- 30g flour (e.g., teff)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: toppings
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients and put the dough in muffin cases.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F) with top and bottom heat in a preheated oven.
