Easy and Healthy Banana Oat Muffins

Ingredients

  • 50g of trail mix (nuts and dried fruits)
  • 150g ripe banana, mashed or pureed
  • 40g nut butter
  • 150 ml almond milk or other
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 70g oatmeal or oats
  • 30g flour (e.g., teff)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: toppings

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients and put the dough in muffin cases.

  2. Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F) with top and bottom heat in a preheated oven.
