Fluffy Vegan Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients
Dry
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 tsp baking soda
- 4 tsp stevia
Wet
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 6 tbsp melted vegan butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Mix the wet ingredients together and add to the dry mixture.
Preheat oven to 400°F, pour into 8-10 baking cups, and bake for 25 minutes.
