Fluffy Vegan Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

Dry

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp baking soda
  • 4 tsp stevia

Wet

  • 1 mashed ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 6 tbsp melted vegan butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

Preparation

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together.

  2. Mix the wet ingredients together and add to the dry mixture.

  3. Preheat oven to 400°F, pour into 8-10 baking cups, and bake for 25 minutes.
