Vegan and Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp melted vegan butter or coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Pour batter into 6 lines muffin tins.

  3. Bake for 20 minutes.
