Easy and Healthy Banana Oat Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients

  • 50g trail mix
  • 150g ripe banana, mashed
  • 40g nut butter
  • 150 ml almond milk or other
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 70g oatmeal
  • 30g flour (e.g., teff)
  • Pinch of salt

Optional toppings

  • Various toppings, such as caramel cream or chocolate with coconut blossom sugar

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients and put the dough in muffin cases.

  2. Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F) with top and bottom heat in a preheated oven.
