Ingredients

  • 250g pumpkin puree
  • 80g flour (50g lupine flour, 30g vanilla protein powder)
  • Sweetener of choice (e.g., Cookie dough flavored drops)
  • 30g nut butter (e.g., hazelnut)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chunks or chips (preferably sugar free)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together to form a dough.

  2. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour.

  3. Enjoy the cookie dough immediately.
