Fluffy Gluten-Free Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 30g buckwheat flour
  • 50g rice flour
  • 20g cacao
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 100ml plant milk
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients and stir until well combined.

  2. Bake the pancakes in a well-oiled pan on each side for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Serve with toppings of your choice.
