Fluffy Gluten-Free Chocolate Pancakes
Ingredients
- 30g buckwheat flour
- 50g rice flour
- 20g cacao
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 100ml plant milk
- a pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and stir until well combined.
Bake the pancakes in a well-oiled pan on each side for 1-2 minutes.
Serve with toppings of your choice.
