Fluffy Vegan Chocolate Pancakes with Berries
Ingredients
- 30g buckwheat flour
- 50g rice flour
- 10g soy flour
- 20g cacao
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 60g mashed ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 100ml plant milk
- Pinch of salt
- Oil for the pan
- Toppings of your choice
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and stir until well combined.
Bake the pancakes in a well-oiled pan on each side for about 1-2 minutes.
Serve with toppings of your choice, such as tigernut chocolate cream, fresh berries, kiwi, and chocolate.
