Vegan Taco Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, mashed (~90g)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 80g chickpea flour
  • 55g rice flour
  • 1/3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 150ml soy milk
  • sweetener of choice

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients

  2. Depending on the flour you use, you might need more plant milk

  3. Bake the pancakes in a well coated pan with a little bit of oil( optional)

  4. Serve with fillings/toppings of your choice
