Fluffiest Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup mylk of choice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Preparation

  1. Mix the mylk and apple cider vinegar in a bowl

  2. Separately, mix the dry

  3. Then add the vanilla to the wet and mix the two together

  4. You can leave some lumps in

  5. Leave the batter to rest for 3 to 4 mins until you use it

  6. Top as you like
