Fluffiest Vegan Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup mylk of choice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons granulated sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Preparation
Mix the mylk and apple cider vinegar in a bowl
Separately, mix the dry
Then add the vanilla to the wet and mix the two together
You can leave some lumps in
Leave the batter to rest for 3 to 4 mins until you use it
Top as you like
