Vegan High Protein Waffles
Ingredients
- 2 scoops vegan protein (about 45g)
- 2 tablespoons cake wheat flour (could probably sub for almond or gf)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- about 1/3 cup soya milk
- tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp of granulated sweetener or sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Preheat and spray the waffle iron
Mix the dry
Then in a small bowl, mix the soya milk and the acv
Wait a few mins until it thickens, then add into the mix and stir
Add the vanilla essence
Stir in and if too thick (it’s a thicker mix) add in a little more soya milk
Pour on the pan and cook for 3 or so mins, depending on your pan
Serve with fresh fruit, maple syrup or whatever you’d like! ?
