Vegan High Protein Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vegan protein (about 45g)
  • 2 tablespoons cake wheat flour (could probably sub for almond or gf)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • about 1/3 cup soya milk
  • tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of granulated sweetener or sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat and spray the waffle iron

  2. Mix the dry

  3. Then in a small bowl, mix the soya milk and the acv

  4. Wait a few mins until it thickens, then add into the mix and stir

  5. Add the vanilla essence

  6. Stir in and if too thick (it’s a thicker mix) add in a little more soya milk

  7. Pour on the pan and cook for 3 or so mins, depending on your pan

  8. Serve with fresh fruit, maple syrup or whatever you’d like! ?
