vegan protein pancakes
Ingredients
- maple syrup
- 1 tbsp of the peanut butter
- and almond milk
- wheat flour
- baking soda
- protein powder
- and cinnamon
Preparation
Combine maple syrup, 1 tbsp of the peanut butter, and almond milk in a bowl.
Throw the wheat flour, baking soda, protein powder, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and whisk to make the batter. It should be slightly lumpy, but if too thick add more plant milk.
On a non stick skillet, throw 1/4 cup of the batter on and flip over once the edges get firm and brown.
Repeat for the rest of batter.
Top the pancakes with another tbsp of peanut butter!
