vegan protein pancakes

Ingredients

  • maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp of the peanut butter
  • and almond milk
  • wheat flour
  • baking soda
  • protein powder
  • and cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Combine maple syrup, 1 tbsp of the peanut butter, and almond milk in a bowl.⁠

  2. Throw the wheat flour, baking soda, protein powder, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.⁠

  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients and whisk to make the batter. It should be slightly lumpy, but if too thick add more plant milk.⁠

  4. On a non stick skillet, throw 1/4 cup of the batter on and flip over once the edges get firm and brown.⁠

  5. Repeat for the rest of batter.⁠

  6. Top the pancakes with another tbsp of peanut butter!⁠
