Easy Healthy Protein Crepes

Ingredients

  • 50g apple puree (banana can substitute)
  • 10g ground flaxseed or chia seeds
  • 100g whole grain spelt flour or wheat flour
  • 200ml plant milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • oil for the pan
  • filling and toppings as desired

Optional additions

  • 20g vegan protein powder
  • additional 50ml plant milk or water if protein powder is used

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients to form the batter.

  2. Spread 2 tablespoons of batter in a well-coated and slightly oiled pan.

  3. Cook on both sides until done
