Easy Healthy Protein Crepes
Ingredients
- 50g apple puree (banana can substitute)
- 10g ground flaxseed or chia seeds
- 100g whole grain spelt flour or wheat flour
- 200ml plant milk
- a pinch of salt
- oil for the pan
- filling and toppings as desired
Optional additions
- 20g vegan protein powder
- additional 50ml plant milk or water if protein powder is used
Preparation
Mix all ingredients to form the batter.
Spread 2 tablespoons of batter in a well-coated and slightly oiled pan.
Cook on both sides until done
