Easy Vegan Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp @tropeaka vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 + 1/4 cup soy milk
- coconut oil
- 1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1 banana
Serving suggestions
- maple syrup
- vegan butter
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, protein powder, salt) in a bowl
Mash banana and mix with wet ingredients (apple cider vinegar, soy milk) in another bowl
Combine wet and dry mixtures, then fold in chocolate chips
Heat a pan or griddle with coconut oil over medium heat and cook pancakes until golden on both sides
Serve with maple syrup and vegan butter
