Easy Vegan Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp @tropeaka vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 + 1/4 cup soy milk
  • coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 banana

  • vegan butter

Preparation

  1. Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, protein powder, salt) in a bowl

  2. Mash banana and mix with wet ingredients (apple cider vinegar, soy milk) in another bowl

  3. Combine wet and dry mixtures, then fold in chocolate chips

  4. Heat a pan or griddle with coconut oil over medium heat and cook pancakes until golden on both sides

  5. Serve with maple syrup and vegan butter
