Gluten-Free Vegan Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/4 cup coconut unsweetened milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- non dairy chocolate chips
- vegan butter
Preparation
Combine apple cider vinegar with milk in a small bowl and set aside.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Make a well in the middle of dry ingredients and add the milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and mix it up.
Add chocolate chips and mix once more.
Scoop out 1/3 cup of batter and place onto a low medium heat non-stick pan coated with butter.
Flip once the edges have risen and cook till golden brown.
Top with butter and a drizzle of maple syrup.
