Stacked Wholemeal Pancakes with Protein

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Wholemeal Flour
  • 1/4 cup @macr0mike Chocolate Protein
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 tbs Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbs Coconut Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Toppings

  • fresh strawberries
  • coconut flakes
  • choc flakes
  • @froproicecream dairy free chocolate ice cream

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients together

  2. In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients

  3. Stir the wet and dry mixtures until just combined to form batter

  4. Heat a pan and cook the batter into pancakes until golden brown on both sides

Serving

  1. Stack the pancakes and top with peanut butter, fresh strawberries, coconut flakes, chocolate flakes, and dairy-free chocolate ice cream.
