Stacked Wholemeal Pancakes with Protein
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Wholemeal Flour
- 1/4 cup @macr0mike Chocolate Protein
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 tbs Maple Syrup
- 2 tbs Coconut Oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Toppings

- fresh strawberries
- coconut flakes
- choc flakes
- @froproicecream dairy free chocolate ice cream
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients together
In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients
Stir the wet and dry mixtures until just combined to form batter
Heat a pan and cook the batter into pancakes until golden brown on both sides
Serving
Stack the pancakes and top with peanut butter, fresh strawberries, coconut flakes, chocolate flakes, and dairy-free chocolate ice cream.
