Healthy Buckwheat and Almond Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup buckwheat groats or flour
  • 1/4 cup almonds or almond flour
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup plant milk

Preparation

  1. Blend the buckwheat and almonds to a coarse flour.

  2. Add the banana and plant milk, then blend again until you have a thick batter.

  3. Fry in a lightly oiled pan on medium heat until the surface starts to bubble.

  4. Flip and repeat for the other side.
