Healthy Buckwheat and Almond Pancakes
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup buckwheat groats or flour
- 1/4 cup almonds or almond flour
- 1 banana
- 1 cup plant milk
Preparation
Blend the buckwheat and almonds to a coarse flour.
Add the banana and plant milk, then blend again until you have a thick batter.
Fry in a lightly oiled pan on medium heat until the surface starts to bubble.
Flip and repeat for the other side.
