Vegan Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Ingredients
- 170 g all purpose flour
- 100 g oat flour
- 15 g baking powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp coconut sugar
- 360 ml plantbased milk of choice
- 1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- about 50 g chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Preparation
In a small bowl, mix milk and vinegar.
Let the mixture sit for a few minutes.
In a large bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients.
Pour in the liquid mixture.
Whisk well, then add vanilla extract.
Fold in chocolate chips and let the batter sit for a couple of minutes.
Start cooking pancakes on a nonstick pan for about 1 minute per side.
