Matcha Oats Chiapudding
Ingredients
- oats 1 cup
- matcha - 1tsp
- coconut sugar - 2tsp
- coconut cream - 1/2 cup
- nuts of your choice handful
- soy milk - 1 cup
- water - 1/4 cup ( optional )
- vanilla extract 1tsp
- flaxseeds powder- 1tsp
- chiaseeds 3tbsp
- soy milk 1cup
- rawagave - 1tsp or maple syrup
Preparation
For chiapudding add chiaseeds in soy milk and mix well until they turn fluffy in texture. Leave it overnight in fridge as a pre prep . Or you can make it 10 minutes ahead before making oats . So that they are nice and fluffy till you prepare your oats
In a pan on medium heat add oats , coconut sugar, soymilk, flaxseed powder, , matcha powder and vanilla extract, Mix it well and cook until it's done
You can add water if you think you don't want creamy texture or can add more soymilk if you like runny texture. I like semi thick porridge consistency
Once done add nuts of your choice and layer it one by one as you see in the picture
To finish off with whipped coconut cream on top for that amazing dessert kind of feeling .. its optional if you don't want to to buy trust me this whipped cream gives this breakfast a new taste
