Easy Peasy Oats Chiaseeds Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Chiaseeds 3tbsp
  • Soymilk / almond milk 1cup
  • Rawagave 2tsp / Maple syrup
  • Vanilla extract 1tsp
  • Blueberries frozen 1/4 cup
  • Oats 2tbsp
  • Coconut sugar 2tsp
  • Fresh fruits of your choice

Preparation

  1. Soak chiaseeds in soy milk and mix well until combined ▪ Add Rawagave, vanilla extract and mix well and keep aside until you prepare oats

  2. FOR OATS

  3. Take a pan Add oats , blueberries, coconut sugar and soymilk and cook until done. ▪Transfer in a bowl and Serve it with chiaseeds. Or Layer it as you see in the picture. ▪ Beautiful combination when you have it with chiapudding and warm oats
