Easy Peasy Oats Chiaseeds Breakfast
Ingredients
- Chiaseeds 3tbsp
- Soymilk / almond milk 1cup
- Rawagave 2tsp / Maple syrup
- Vanilla extract 1tsp
- Blueberries frozen 1/4 cup
- Oats 2tbsp
- Coconut sugar 2tsp
- Fresh fruits of your choice
Preparation
Soak chiaseeds in soy milk and mix well until combined ▪ Add Rawagave, vanilla extract and mix well and keep aside until you prepare oats
FOR OATS
Take a pan Add oats , blueberries, coconut sugar and soymilk and cook until done. ▪Transfer in a bowl and Serve it with chiaseeds. Or Layer it as you see in the picture. ▪ Beautiful combination when you have it with chiapudding and warm oats
