Just Another Magic Mon Day
Ingredients
- Chiaseeds 3tbsp
- Mango puree 1/2 cup
- Coconut condensed milk 2tsp
- Fresh fruits of your choice
- Vanilla extract 1tsp
- I added strawberries and persimmons
- Soy milk 1cup
- Handful quinoa puffs
Preparation
Mix chiaseeds, soy milk, mango puree together and mix until they are completely combined and chiaseeds starts looking fluffy in texture ✒ Once mixed keep it in the fridge overnight or serve it straight away
Transfer into a bowl and top it up with granola, fresh fruits and coconut condensed milk. This will give your breakfast taste as dessert
Fruits I used is strawberries, raspberries, persimmons
