Just Another Magic Mon Day

Ingredients

  • Chiaseeds 3tbsp
  • Mango puree 1/2 cup
  • Coconut condensed milk 2tsp
  • Fresh fruits of your choice
  • Vanilla extract 1tsp
  • I added strawberries and persimmons
  • Soy milk 1cup
  • Handful quinoa puffs

Preparation

  1. Mix chiaseeds, soy milk, mango puree together and mix until they are completely combined and chiaseeds starts looking fluffy in texture ✒ Once mixed keep it in the fridge overnight or serve it straight away

  2. Transfer into a bowl and top it up with granola, fresh fruits and coconut condensed milk. This will give your breakfast taste as dessert

  3. Fruits I used is strawberries, raspberries, persimmons
