Maca Maple Dark Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/2 cup real maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or paste
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- Pinch sea salt
- 1/4 coconut milk
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until absolutely smooth and creamy
If mousse is too thick, add additional coconut milk one tablespoon at a time and blend until desired consistency is reached
Chill + enjoy
