Delicious Vegan Energy Bites for On-the-Go
Ingredients
- 1 cup nut pulp from nut milk
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp maca powder
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup coconut butter or coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Preparation
Use a good food processor to mix all the ingredients until the mixture becomes soft and easy to roll into balls.
Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
Freeze the energy bites for long-term storage, up to several months.
