Delicious Vegan Energy Bites for On-the-Go

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nut pulp from nut milk
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp maca powder
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut butter or coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Preparation

  1. Use a good food processor to mix all the ingredients until the mixture becomes soft and easy to roll into balls.

  2. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.

  3. Freeze the energy bites for long-term storage, up to several months.
