Orange and Chai-Spiced Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 350g pitted dates
  • 150g almonds
  • 95g cashews
  • 30g chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp each cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and clove powder

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a Thermomix or food processor until well combined.

  2. Roll the mixture into balls.
