Orange and Chai-Spiced Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 350g pitted dates
- 150g almonds
- 95g cashews
- 30g chia seeds
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp each cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and clove powder
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a Thermomix or food processor until well combined.
Roll the mixture into balls.
